Turks to build residential complex in Kotor – Tivat-based company Design & CO to be contractor
The Turks are building a 3,000-m2 residential complex with 77 residential units in the Kotor neighborhood of Kavac.
The complex will be built by the Tivat-based company Design & CO, and it will consist of three buildings and a two-tier garage.
The head architect of Montenegro, Dusan Vuksanovic, has authorized the preliminary design, prepared by Kotor Arh.
The project envisages realization in three phases. The first phase entails the construction of two residential facilities, units A and B, as well as the construction of a pool with a utility room, CDM reports.
The second phase entails the construction of one residential facility, unit C. The last phase entails the construction of the two-tier garage with an outdoor parking lot.
Unit A should feature a basement and three floors with 36 residential units. Unit B will consist of a basement and a ground floor with 18 apartments and will make up a single facility together with unit A. Unit C will have a basement and three floors and feature a total of 23 apartments.
