New sale of property of HTP Fontana Vrnjacka Banja advertised – Offer includes Hotel Beli Izvor, artworks
The bankruptcy supervisor of the hotel-tourism company Fontana in Vrnjacka Banja has advertised a new sale of the bankruptcy debtor's movable and immovable property.
The offer includes four lots. The first one consists of Hotel Beli Izvor and the eponymous annex on Goc, as well as two side buildings, and the value stated in the public call is RSD 19,064,800.00.
The second lot consists of artworks, paintings in Hotel Sloboda and the Tara mansion. The estimated value is RSD 714,500.00.
The third lot includes the equipment and the inventory from Hotel Sloboda, worth RSD 1,838,363.00, whereas the fourth one consists of movable property – the equipment and the inventory from Ekonomat and Magacin facilities, worth RSD 914,330.00.
This is the third ad for the sale of Hotel Beli Izvor and the eponymous annex.
Closed bids are to be sent by August 27, 2018, at 11.45 am at the address of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency, whereas the public opening of the bids is to take place on the same date at noon.
Let us remind that the sale of the property of HTP Fontana in bankruptcy, consisting of some of the most prominent facilities in Vrnjacka Banja, started in late March 2017, when Philip Zepter bought Hotel Zvezda with an equipped congress center for EUR 1.45 million at an auction.
Following the sales ad in October 2017, Zepter also bought Hotel Zvezda 2 for EUR 652,542.
The cult restaurant Svajcarija was taken over by the Kraljevo based hospitality business Aciko Komerc for EUR 911,000, and Energotehnika Juzna Backa became the owner of Hotel Fontana for slightly over a million euros.
