Prva Banka to sell hotel "Grand" on Cetinje at starting price of 5.57m EUR

Montenegrin Prva Banka has announced the tender for out-of-court sale of hotel "Grand" on Cetinje at the starting price of about 5.57m EUR.

The out-of-court sale at public auction will be organized at 1 PM on May 14th in the premises of the branch office of Prva Banka on Cetinje.

All those interested in participation in the auction should pay 50,000 EUR to the giro-account of Prva Banka as a guarantee.

Hotel "Grand" on Cetinje is owned by businessman Veselin Barović.
