Permit for construction of another 360 apartments in Zemunske Kapije issued
The Ministry of Construction, Transport and Infrastructure of Serbia has issued a building permit for another 360 apartments in Zemunske Kapije, the construction of which will begin in the second half of February.
The total area of the residential unit H is 26,293 sqm, and around RSD 2 billion will be put in its construction, the ministry says in a press release.
The construction of three buildings with a total of 323 apartments was completed in December 2018. The exploitation permit has been issued and the first residents have moved in.
The construction of another two facilities (G and F) is in progress. The works should be completed in mid-2019.
The construction of a total of 1,700 apartments is planned in the residential-office complex Zemunske Kapije, which the Building Directorate of Serbia is raising in the location of the former Aleksa Dundic barracks in Zemun. The total investment has been estimated at around EUR 100 million, the press release says.
