"Multicon Engineering" to draw plans for hotel "Ruža vetrova" - healthy life center on Zlatibor mountain prior to end of June 2010

Belgrade-based company "Multicon Engineering" has signed the contract for elaboration of project-technical dossier for hotel "Ruža vetrova" in settlement Zova on Zlatibor mountain, in which only organic food is going to be served.

The hotel will have 14 rooms and 6 suites, as well as fitness center, welness center with 4 swimming pools, cinema hall, multifunctional hall for 250 people, bawling room, rooms for table tennis and pool, as well as other accompanying contents.

The project dossier includes elaboration of the Preliminary solution, Preliminary project and Main project for that facility at about 5,000 square meters. Investor "Hemel System International" expects that all works will be finished prior to end of June 2010.
