Administrative building of Valjevo's leather industry finally sold
- The Administrative building of the Valjevo Leather Industry (VIK), of which surface is 1,700 square meters, has been sold at the starting price of 400,000 EUR to the consortium comprising company "Valtek properties" and Dušan Petrović from Belgrade - it was confirmed to the media in the Court of Commerce in that city.
That has been the fourth auction, and the initially estimated value of the building in broader center amounted to 1.05m EUR. The buyer was the only party interested in purchase of that building, and it had previously paid the deposit of 200,000 EUR.
Nobody has expressed interest in procurement of the parcel at 1.7 ha with VIK's factory units at about 6,700 square meters, of which starting price was about 453,000 EUR, while the initially estimated value of the land and factory units amounted to about 1m EUR.
