Jagodina based “Hemel” to start on August, 25th, construction of exclusive hotel-apartment complex ‘Rose of the winds” in Zlatibor

medical herbs “Hemel”, based in Jagodina, is to start tomorrow (August, 25th, 2009) in Zlatibor, with construction of exclusive hotel-apartment complex Center for healthy living “Rose of the winds”.

Center for healthy living “Rose of the winds” is a unique hotel-apartment complex in this part of Europe, with three pools, modernly equipped fitness and wellness center, gym, saunas of various types and purposes, bowling room, mini golf field, wave therapy, LPG and organically produced food without pesticides, herbicides and artificial fertilizers, as it stands in the announcement of “Hemel”.

The value of this investment is 12 million euros, which is the largest green field investment in Serbia, in this year.

All project technical documentation for “Rose of the winds” Hotel is being prepared by Belgrade based company, “Multicon Engineering”.

The foundation stone will be placed by Mr. Oliver Dulic, Minister for living environment and environmental planning at the Government of Serbia, Mr. Dragan Markovic – Palma, President of Jagodina Municipality, Mr. Mile Stamatovic, President of Cajetina Municipality and Mr. Nenad Miljkovic, Owner of “Hemel” company.
