Modern mountain lodge on Kopaonik - "LS Engineering" to finish "Srna" in December 2009

Lovers of skiing, mountain and company will be able to enjoy themselves in facility "Srna" in the forthcoming winter season. Situated in the vicinity of the center of "Kopaonik", it is designed as a modern mountain lodge, which is something that this tourist center lacks.

The carrier of the project, company "LS Engineering", has started selling suites in mountain lodge "Srna", which is situated about 3.5 km away from the center of Kopaonik mountain. The buyers are offered 10 units whose surfaces range between 20 and 54 square meters, while the starting price of square meter ranges between 1,300 and 1,450 EUR, and it depends on the position and the floor of the suite.

- The idea of the landowner and company "LS Engineering" as the carrier and financier of the construction was to make the facility that resembles modern mountain lodges. That idea came from the fact that Kopaonik lacks facilities of this type, that is, it lacks facility that will offer comfort and atmosphere of a large family house - people in "LS Engineering", which invested about 400,000 EUR in "Srna", told "eKapija".

Mountain lodge "Srna" is located next to the juction on the road to Raška, and the facility has excellent position in regard to existing and projected ski lift network, as well as all sports-recreation and catering contents. The suites in the lodge offer the view of the mountain tops in Serbia's provinces.

Mountain lodge "Srna" is the facility with 10+1 suites and accompanying service contents. It has a ground floor, one floor and attic, so that the level of attic is 6 meters above the level of the ground. The facility has two entrances (at the level of the basement and at the level of the ground floor), and it occupies only one third of the lot.

Every suite has its own parking place, and all units are for sale with the possibility of organized services of maintenance of suites, ski equipment, catering and renting.

- The looks of the facility is in accord with the architecture of mountain lodges, while thermal-insulated facade cover is combined with natural wooden covers and details. Facade carpentry is made of enameled wood with thermal glasses and modern platings, while the roof cover is batten - people from "LS Engineering" explained.

Bathrooms are equipped with hydromassage-sauna booth, while the living rooms have built-in fireplace-furnace and are connected to smoke channels.
