Shopping center to be raised soon on 18,241-m2 parcel in Vranje – 200 jobs to be created
A real estate folio has changed hands in Vranje between Mayor Slobodan Milenkovic and Martin Pacovski and Martin Duh, representatives of Immobalcan d.o.o. Beograd, based on which the said company has become the new owner of the parcel along AVNOJ-a Blvd, Pariske Komune Street and Mose Pijade Street, it is said on the town's website.
The real estate folio was handed over based on a contract signed between the town and this investor in early June, under which the land of 18,241 m2 is to be sold for RSD 259,500,114.
In this location, the investor plans to raise a shopping mall with a range of boutiques, a restaurant and a parking lot. The facility will start working in 2020.
– We owe you gratitude for investing in our town, and the location you've chosen is one of the most attractive here – Mayor Milenkovic emphasized and added that the town had a very good position on Corridor 10.
– We will try to meet your expectations, because we want to bring all international brands to Vranje, which will be of importance for the entire region. The most important thing is that there will be new jobs. Local construction companies will be hired for the construction process, and once the facility opens, there will be close to 200 new jobs – pointed out the company's owner Martin Pacovski.
