Radijator AD Beograd in bankruptcy is selling property in Zrenjanin through the method of public bidding.
This is a factory for the production of radiators and boilers with the accompanying facilities and infrastructure (a total of 22 facilities), family residential buildings and urban construction land. Also on offer are facilities, equipment and supplies. The initial price of this lot is RSD 1,037,076,327.83.
The second lot includes business premises for unspecified operations. The initial price is RSD 7,077,066.
Eligible bidders are all legal and natural persons, and the public bidding will be held on September 12, 2019, at noon.
