Gallery, business club and business premises at Palata Progres up for sale again
The company Progres has once again put immovable property up for sale through public bidding. The subject of the sale are the facilities within the Palata Progres building, and the property is divided up into eight lots.
The most valuable facility is the gallery of 751.73 m2, whose initial price is around EUR 5.27 million. Also up for sale are the business club and other business premises at Palata Progres.
More information can be found HERE.
Progres has also advertised the sale of the technical center in Krnjaca, whose initial price is around EUR 11.5 million. The company is also selling its co-ownership share of 45/100 aliquot parts of the ownership rights over a gas station in Krnjaca, at the initial price of EUR 815,230.17.
The details can be found HERE.
As can be seen, the prices have been reduced compared to the first attempt at a sale, which took place in June 2019.
All the property which is up for sale can be viewed after the documentation is bought out, on work days, between 10 am and 2 pm, and no later than seven days before the scheduled sale. The public bidding is scheduled for September 27, 2019, at noon.
