Univerzal Banka in bankruptcy selling property throughout Serbia

The Bankruptcy Supervision Agency has advertised the sale of the immovable property of Univerzal Banka ad Beograd through a public collection of bids.

As can be seen from the text of the tender, the immovable property is located throughout Serbia, and the most valuable piece of property is the building land in New Belgrade, which has been evaluated at around EUR 3.1 million. The business services building in Francuska Street in Belgrade is worth around EUR 1.85 million, whereas the industrial complex in Novi Sad is being sold at the price of EUR 1.2 million. The business facilities in Nis are estimated at EUR 519,840.40.

The documentation can be bought out by September 9, 2019, and the property can be viewed by September 16, in line with the previously agreed schedule. The bid submission and deposit payment deadline is September 20.

The public opening of bids will take place on September 27, at noon, in Belgrade.
