Sale of land in industrial zone North 1 and Rastik Divos in Sremska Mitrovica advertised

The City Administration of Sremska Mitrovica has advertised the sale of undeveloped building land in the working-commercial zone North 1, through the method of public bidding. The land is located next to the E-70 highway.

As said in the text of the tender, the parcel is located in the fifth zone and allows for the construction of facilities for production, service and commercial activities. The land is equipped with the following infrastructure: primary backbone network and secondary network structures (water supply, sewer, road access, precipitation drainage through the existing canals, gas, substation).

The initial price is 710 dinars per square meter, whereas the deposit is 20% of the initial market price for the parcel.

Undeveloped building land in the working zone Rastik Divos has also been put up for sale. The land is being sold for the purpose of the construction of a facility.

The sale will be carried out through oral bidding, and the initial price is 130 dinars per square meter. As said in the ad, the land is not equipped with utilities.

The deadline for developing the land in both cases is three years from the signing of the agreement on the alienation. Eligible tenderers in both cases are all legal and natural persons that meet the terms of the tenders. The bid submission deadline is September 30, 2019, at 3 pm. The public bidding will be held on October 3 at the premises of the Town Council in Sremska Mitrovica, at 9 am for Rastik Divos and 10 am for Industrial Zone North 1.
