"Igma" from Uljma offers 15 ha of land near Vršac to investors
Uljma-based Industry of building materials "Igma" publicly offers local and foreign investors free locations for construction of production units in the vicinity of the largest village in the municipality of Vršac. It is 15 ha of land alongside the international road and rail route Belgrade-Timisoara. Last year "Igma" initiated construction of the first pier in that part of Banat, near the bridge on DTD canal, at the entrance to the village of Vlajkovac. In that way, it may have given the task to the government organs whose job should be the creation of conditions for investments.
- At the space of about 15 ha, which is in our possession, we offer three possibilities to the investors. They may buy a location, rent it, or we can allot the land for free permanent use. We have conceived this offer as Igma's contribution to the development of Uljma, and our interest lies in the fact that various factories would be erected around our production capacities, for the needs of construction of which and consequent needs our products would be used – says Ljubodrag Knežević, the CEO of "Igma", which has 200 employees.
