One more week until Fourth International Real Estate and Investment Fair BelRE in Belgrade

The fourth international real estate and investment fair BelRE www.belre.org will be held at the Belgrade Fair between November 5th and 7th.

Just like in the previous years, BelRE will gather investors, building companies, landowners, architects, project managers, advisors, real estate agents and end-users.

Some of the exhibitors are: Bomex Holding, Colliers International Serbia and Montenegro, Verano group, Hypo Rent, Erste Bank, Tradeunique, Legat, Yu kapital, Smart-invest Ltd. Budva, Immorent, Trimo Inžinjering, Hemel, Profitim, Eurostan, Europa Exclusive, Radulović RE, city of Zrenjanin, municipality of Kanjiža, Danos – BNP Paribas, one of the three largest finance groups in Europe.

The main sponsor is Bomex Holding, the company that enters the real estate market of Serbia and the region fully aware of the needs of end-users for quality and refined living and working environment. Bomex will present unique and exclusive project on Dedinje - Royal apartments, at BelRE.

The themes that will be discussed at BelRE conference include the following: the possibilities of development of real estate markets in Serbia and the region, the most efficient business models in current circumstances, if Serbia, Croatia and Montenegro will remain attractive for investments, urban management, draft Law on real estate trade mediation, how to survive the crisis and provide the best terms in banks.

On the occasion of the expo, the fourth BelRE magazine will be published, and it will provide all the information on new projects, exclusive housing projects, the loan offer, project finance and leasing.

The first BelRE was held in 2006 - when Belgrade was declared the city of the future of south Europe, and Serbia obtained the status of the co-presiding country in OECD. Last year's BelRE gathered over 90 exhibitors from Serbia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Slovenia, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania, Asutria, Spain, Russia and over 4,500 visitors.

This year, with somewhat smaller number of exhibitors and under slogan "Time is for purchase", we will host the investors from the country and abroad. The researches show that the prices in the region are at their lowest level in the last few years, and that they will start growing already next year.
