New looks of "Krivi Vir" - preliminary project for new Niš-based market presented
The preliminary project for new city market "Krivi vir" has been presented in the hall of the City House in Niš. As the architects and authorized people in public utility company "Tržnica" and company "Stabilprojekt" announced, the new market may be given to the citizens of Niš to use it already at the end of year 2010 if the preliminary project is accepted and building permits are issued in as short time as possible.
The Mayor of Niš, Miloš Simonović, expressed the expectation that all city markets would ge different, modern looks within the next few years.
The preliminary project for "Krivi vir" market anticipates construction of new facility on two levels. The counters with agricultural products are planned to be situated on the first floor, at the surface of 1,500 square meters, while the second floor will be reserved for the counters with various goods. The new market, at total surface of about 14,000 square meters, will also have 150 parking places, as well as various outlets.
The CEO of public utility company "Tržnica", Nebojša Petrović, pointed out that the cooperation with company "Stabilprojekt" was the example of good business policy of joint acting by public and private sectors.
