“Future Development”, 5th Serbian Property & Infrastructure Development Conference in February 2020

The Fifth Serbian Property & Infrastructure Development Conference, titled “Future Development”, will be held at Hotel Metropol Palace in Belgrade on Tuesday, February 11, 2020.

The conference has taken on an international character, so the speakers come from Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Greece, Turkey and Israel.

A large number of officials and experts from this sector will speak at the conference, including: Marko Stojcic, Head Urban Planner of Belgrade; Dubravka Negre, Head of EIB Regional Office for the Western Balkans; Boro Vujovic, Director of Opereta Real Estate, Croatia; Stylianos Tsoktouridis, General Manager of Alumil YU Industry A.D.; Milan Cojbasic, Head of Sales Channels and Real Estate Unit at Intesa; Nenad Stankovic, Partner at Stankovic & Partners; Filip Vucagic, Partner at Colliers International, Croatia; Predrag Tesic, Project Director of BLIRE, Republika Srpska; and Onur Ekmen, Partner at BEEOANT, Turkey.

The event will gather more than 250 highly relevant participants from large real estate companies, construction companies, financial institutions, public sector companies, reporters and independent real estate professionals from Serbia and abroad.

This year's conference will provide a valuable insight into investment issues, the future of shopping and retail center, development of commercial and residential real estate market in Serbia and the region, advantages of green building and implementation of energy efficiency models, challenges of project financing and property valuation and other important topics.
