State-owned resort and restaurant in Zeleznik put up for rent

The resort-restaurant in Zeleznik, which is owned by the state and used by Srbija Kargo, has been put up for rent.

The building consists of rooms, apartments, a restaurant and side facilities and is equipped with all the necessary installations and connections. The area of the rooms and apartments is 701.06 m2, the restaurant takes up 501.24 m2 and the side facilities take up 500.88 m2.

The initial rent price for the rooms, apartments and the restaurant is 397.80 dinars per square meter, whereas, for the side facilities, it is 71.40 dinars per square meter, without VAT.

The total initial price of the rent of the business space is RSD 514,037.772, and it is rented as a whole for a period of one year, with the possibility of extension.

The business space is rented for the purpose of providing the service of accommodation and cannot be used for any other purpose.
