First tenants to move to complex "Belville" today

- The first tenants will move today (December 8, 2009) to the apartments in New Belgrade-based "Belville" complex, which is the place where the participants in this year's Universiade were staying - said Miloš Stanojević, the Executive Director of company "Block 67 Associates".

As he explained to Beta agency, the keys of about 50 apartments in building "Ruža" (Rose) will be handed over today, while about 100 owners of apartments in another two buildings should receive the keys by the end of the week.

Stanojević said that the keys of about 1,400 sold apartments would be handed over by the end of the year.

According to his words, the new owners will start moving in as soon as the final interior works are done, which had to be carried out after the sportsmen left.

About 230m EUR was invested in construction of residential complex "Belville" in New Belgrade. As Stanojević announced, there are still about 400 apartments in the offer.
