Europa company selling hotel, buildings and construction land in Simanovci

The company Europa d.o.o. in bankruptcy is selling immovable property estimated at RSD 526,152,300.

The offer includes a parcel with undeveloped building land of 41,101 m2, a room for celebration events, a warehouse and an office building in Simanovci.

At the same location is the hotel, also part of the offer, featuring 34 rooms with bathrooms, a lobby, a reception area and a restaurant.
