Shareholders of BIGZ Publishing to decide on the sale of the building near Belgrade Fair on March 23
A recommendation has been made to the shareholders of BIGZ Publishing to reach a decision on high-value property and sell the real estate in the famous BIGZ location near the Belgrade Fair, it is said in the invitation to the GM scheduled for March 23.
At the extraordinary session, the shareholders are to approve the signing of the contract on the sale and purchase of the company's ownership share in this office building and the graphic industry and expediting buildings at 17 Vojvode Misica Blvd.
The decision will also pertain to several parcels in the same location, some of which are registered as “3rd class farmland”.
The shareholders are also asked for approval of BIGZ Publishing becoming the owner of the real estate at the four-floor building at 49 Kosovska Street.
Nova Skolska Knjiga owns 76.7% of BIGZ Publishing shares, 4.3% is owned by the Equity Fund, and 18.9% is owned by citizens – small shareholders.
The company Nova Skolska Knjiga is owned by Croatia's Skolska Knjiga.
