Property of Yugoexport for sale - outlets, buildings, office and production space
The Privatization Agency announced today (January 21, 2010) the offer for sale of the property of Belgrade-based company Yugoexport in bankruptcy at the starting price of about 672m RSD.
Yugoexport's property includes outlets, buildings, business and production space in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Niš, at the surface of over 7,400 square meters.
The auction for sale of Yugoexport's property is schedulled for February 23rd, and the bids for participation in that auction, together with the bank guarantee, can be submitted prior to February 16th.
The list of the property includes storage, production and garage space in Belgrade in Čingrijina Street, which is, actually, a three-floor building at 4.429 square meters with flat roof for parking of vehicles at the surface of 1,393 square meters. Its starting price is 227.2m RSD, while the deposit for participation in the auction amounts to 100.9m RSD.
The starting price of the outlet in Belgrade, in Kraljice Marije Street, at the surface of 245 square meters, is 61.6m RSD, while the deposit is 27.4m RSD.
Office space in Novi Sad, in Oslobođenja Boulevard, at total surface of 1,624 square meters, is offered for sale at the starting price of 226.5m RSD, and all those interested should pay the deposit of 100.7m RSD.
For the office space in Niš, in Vojvode Tankosića Street, at the surface of 616 square meters, starting price is 40.1m RSD, while the deposit is 16m RSD.
The residential building in Majke Jevrosima Street in Belgrade, at 508 square meters, is offered for sale at the starting price of 116.6m RSD, and the deposit is 75.6m RSD.
