Hotel Park in Ivanjica, evaluated at EUR 1.87 million, has been put up for sale, the Deposit Insurance Agency announced.
The hotel is being sold as part of the property of Nova Agrobanka in bankruptcy. The hotel has five floors of a total of 5,461 m2 and is located on 1,945 m2 of land. It is being sold with the existing equipment.
As said, the estimated market value is not the minimum acceptable price, nor is it in any way binding for the bidder in making the bid.
The deposit is EUR 281,550.
The tendering documentation can be bought until June 8, and the property can be viewed until June 15, 2020.
The deadline for deposit payment and bid submission is June 22, and the public opening will be held on June 29.
More about the tender can be found HERE.
Let us remind that the Deposit Insurance Agency, which is the bankruptcy supervisor of Nova Agrobanka, previously advertised the sale of the property in March. However, all the procedures were terminated due to the implementation of the state of emergency.
The bids that had been sent were returned unopened, and the deposit payments were also paid back.
