The Deposit Insurance Agency has advertised the sale of the property of Jugobanka in bankruptcy, by direct agreement, with improvement, to be carried out electronically.
As said, up for sale are five apartments in Becici of the total area of 115 m2, estimated at EUR 206,195.03. A total of EUR 30,929.25 should be set aside for the deposit.
In addition to the apartments in Montenegro, a 45.58-m2 garage in Belgrade, in the urban municipality of Stari Grad, is being sold as well. It is estimated at EUR 36,000, and the deposit is EUR 5,400.
Bids for the garage cannot be lower than EUR 44,000, whereas, for the property in Becici, bids cannot be lower than EUR 133,251.
The deadline for the payment of deposit and submission of bids is June 19, 2020. The process of direct agreement will take place on June 25, 2020, in Belgrade.
