State Selling 31 Pieces of Real Estate in 20 Towns and Municipalities
The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has put 31 pieces of state-owned real estate in over 20 towns and municipalities in Serbia up for sale.
The highest initial price, EUR 620,000, is for a production hall on 2.1 thousand m2, on a parcel of 3.9 hectares in Knezevac, in the Belgrade municipality of Rakovica.
Three halls in the territory of Pirot, at the total price of over EUR 480,000, have also been offered, each constituting a separate sale.
The initial price of office space in Pozarevac is EUR 225,000, whereas the complex of facilities in Selevac, in the municipality of Smederevska Palanka, is offered for EUR 139,000. An apartment of 96 square meters in Savski Venac in Belgrade costs EUR 132,000.
State-owned real estate has also been offered in Mokrin, Kragujevac, Kursumlija, Krusevac, Kosjeric, Zrenjanin, Ecka, New Belgrade, Ratkovo, Apatin, Kikinda, Lesnica, Paracin, Arilje, Negotin, Razanj, Nis, Gornji Milanovac, Presevo and Josanica.
The sale is to be carried out through the collection of closed written bids, which may be submitted by September 8, and their opening is scheduled for September 10.
