Let's walk through future wellness and spa resort Marina OASA

Ekapija's investment has recently presented a beautiful project, which will, once finished, represent a real jewel of nautical, sport, gastronomic and recreational tourism of Belgrade, as well as Serbia. We hope that Marina OASA on the Danube will soon make its first steps towards realization. Until then, we will now take a walk, virtually, through the future complex.

We will start our journey somewhere in Belgrade's center and then take the Belgrade-Niš highway. After 20 kilometers, when in Vrčin, will will take the road to Grocka. Some ten kilometers later, we will find ourselves in front of the door to complex Marina OASA:

Suddenly, we will see this beautiful complex in front of us

We will park our car in front of the future suites or the entrance to the hotel...

or move downhill, between the suites and the hotel, towards the Danube...

We will get back to the hotel, go past the reception desk, go down to the level of indoor swimming pools, take a fresh air at the balcony, and then walk the athletic track and see if there is someone in the sports halls....

We will then look around us to see if there is anyone else on the athletic track and move towards the restaurant next to the Danube, climb the balcony with the view of the river and the marina...

... We will walk to the marina to see our boat or the boat of one of our friends....

and then return to Marina OASA by day ...

.... and, romantically, by night...

... where perfectly lit sports fields attract people.

These dreams will become reality very soon !

Who should be "blamed" for Marina OASA complex

The idea of development and transformation of Investbanka's former holiday hostel into new wellness and spa resort Marina OASA is being implemented by Belgrade-based Appraisal Associates in association with the advisers from Savath Hospitality Management.

For the needs of future construction, the City Planning Institute of Belgrade is preparing the land-utilization conditions. The preliminary project was elaborated by architectural company DOR Studio from Belgrade, under the management of architect Duško Đorđević.

The details of the preliminary solution and visualization of Marina OASA complex were designed by architectural company ARS 3D from Belgrade, led by architect Ljiljana Janković, in association with Momčilo Ristanović from Maart Studio.
