Business-residential complex worth 200m EUR - Farman's project in new Belgrade

Branislav Grujić, the President of company PSP Farman, told Blic that the company planned to build 160,000 square meters of residential-business space worth 200m EUR in New belgrade within next five years.

Grujić reveals that the complex will be built in New Belgrade's Block 65.

- I hope that the construction will start in mid-2010 and we should get all the licenses until then. We plan to build 160,000 square meters of combined residential, business and retail space with a hotel. That will be the new center of New Belgrade. The project will be implemented in phases due to current situation because demand in the market is very low - he said.
