Park City in Novi Sad opens its gates in mid-April
The works on Park City complex in Novi Sad, which is situated in Liman 3, are close to end, and the official opening is expected in one month.
The works in the buildings are finished. Now the access paths to the buildings are being organized, new footpath is being built alongside Narodnog Fronta Street, while the dredge is cleaning the area around the building site.
Building A, the one closer to the borough of Liman, is already sold and there will be no tenants in it. PR Manager in Vondel Capital, Silvija Stanišić, told newspaper Dnevnik that almost all apartments had been sold and that that unique complex in the city would comprise underground garage for tenants and owners of outlets.
Park City is currently the biggest building investment in Vojvodina, with the value of works of nearly 90m EUR, and the investor is Dutch company Vondel Capital.
- The stores in this complex will be opened by Slovenian Tuš, German DM, German chain of Italian restaurants Vapiano (which is present all over the world with more than 60 facilities, including the one in Shopping center Ušće in New Belgrade), Novi Sad's coffee shop Makiato and many others – Danas learnt from the people in Vondel Capital.
Complete building A is bought by Novi Sad-based company DMS, while half of building B is the property of Micronas from Novi Sad, which also deals with high technologies.
There are 50 luxury suites with the surface of over 150 square meters and most of them have already been sold. The prices per square meter are different and range between 1,200 and 2,200 EUR.
- The complex of buildings, symbolically named Park City, at over 60,000 square meters, comprises 280 apartments and luxury suites whose surfaces range between 30 and 420 square meters, as well as an underground garage with about 400 parking places.
Land on this parcel is rented on period of 80 years at the price of about 500m RSD.
