City of Belgrade Sells Building Land in Dedinje for RSD 150 Million
The deputy mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic, has stated that the City of Belgrade sold building land in Dedinje of RSD 150 million, in a process of public bidding, Beoinfo reports. Vesic did not specify who bought this parcel of 1,850 m2.
The land located between Topcidersko brdo and Banjica was sold at the price of RSD 150,098,529, which was the initial price.
– The location sold has 1,850 square meters, is south of Beli Dvor and is covered by the Regulation Plan of the Dedinje spatial unit. The land is meant for residential purposes with commercial activities and construction of high-standard residential buildings. In addition to the income from the sale of the land, the investor, in line with the city's decisions, will be subject to a fee for the development of the building land in the process of obtaining the building permit – Veisc said.
