Military Complexes Throughout Serbia up for Sale – Most Expensive One in Sremcica Offered for EUR 922,905
The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia has advertised the sale of real estate that is not necessary for the functioning of the Serbian Armed Forces, namely 45 pieces of real estate, military complexes and office spaces throughout Serbia.
The most expensive one is the Sremcica military complex, consisting of land of 24 ha 69 a 76 m2, offered at the initial sales and purchase price of EUR 922,905.12, and among those with the lowest price is the military complex Vila Katarina, a storage space in Knjazevac, consisting of four unregistered facilities of the total usable area of 298.55 m2, offered for EUR 18,165.93.
Also up for sale is office space of 15 m2 in New Belgrade, at the initial price of EUR 17,551.27.
The offer also includes five garage spaces in New Belgrade.
