Unis Pretis Office Space in Terazije up for Sale – Initial Price EUR 300,000
The Agency for Privatization in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has opened the public invitation for the sale of the property of companies Pretis and Unis Pretis from Vogosca located in Terazije in Belgrade.
According to the public invitation, Unis Pretis Vogosca has been renamed as Unis Tools Vogosca.
– The subject of the sale is office space of 186.52 m2 on the first floor (above the ground floor) of the existing building, on the cadaster parcel no. 2864, registered in Real Estate Sheet no. 1599, cadaster municipality (KO) Stari Grad – the document adds.
The office space is sold as seen. The purchaser shoulders all the costs of the registration of ownership rights over the real estate that is the subject of this public invitation, the costs of the public notary procedures related to the sales and purchase contract and pays the tax on the transaction of the real estate and all other potential taxes, costs and fees pertaining to this piece of real estate.
– The initial price of the subject of the sale is defined in line with the market value of the real estate determined by the standing construction court expert in 2012 and amounts to EUR 300,000 – the document says.
The sales and purchase price may not be lower than the initial price.
The public invitation is open until January 21, 2021, and is published on the web page of the Agency for Privatization in FB&H.
