The Property Directorate of the Republic of Serbia (RDI) has put nearly 50 hectares of undeveloped building land up for sale for the purpose of construction of facilities at an initial price of RSD 1.5 million per hectare.
The offered parcels range from one to 11 hectares and are located in the cadaster municipality of Adasevci in the territory of the municipality of Sid.
Written bids may be sent by June 7, and the rating criterion is the highest price offered.
As said, the offered state land is located in the zone primarily meant for the construction of business capacities.
