This Is What the Residential-Office Complex Marina Dorcol Will Look Like

The deputy mayor of Belgrade, Goran Vesic, uploaded to his Instagram profile the images of the preliminary design of the office-residential project of Marina Dorcol, which is to be built by the Czech company Sebre.

He pointed out that it was a modern complex, with plenty of greenery.

His announcement followed the announcement made by the president of Serbia from Prague regarding the project of the construction of Marina Dorcol as the most exclusive part of the city in the future.

He met with representatives of Sebre in Prague yesterday.

– We watched the fantastic project of the Marina Dorcol. It will be full of greenery. It’s incredible, the way it will look – Vucic said from Prague.

As Peter Dajko, the director of MD Investments, a company related to the company Sebre Marina Dorcol which bought the land in the Marina Dorcol location for RSD 3.8 billion, told eKapija in September 2019, the construction of the office-residential complex in that location was supposed to begin after 18 months.
