Building Land in Futog Being Expanded – Construction of New Business Complexes Planned

The amendments to the General Regulation Plan of Futog envisage the expansion of the construction area, along the western border, where the construction of new business facilities is planned.

The plan covers an area outside the construction area, north of Carice Milice Street. The land has so far been used as agricultural land – farms, orchards, vineyards and grazing land.

According to the plan, new office and commercial features are planned in this area.

The space is largely undeveloped, and aside from farm roads and uncategorized roads, there is no traffic infrastructure.

The conceptual framework of the amendments to the General Regulation Plan of Futog (a location in the western section of the populated Futog area) was prepared by the PE Urbanizam from Novi Sad.

The plan is available for public review until June 9, 2021.
