Terme-Olimia builds Palic spa resort - Slovenian company submitted only bid for strategic partner

- Slovenian company Terme-Olimia was the only bidder on the public tender for selection of strategic partner for construction of Palic spa resort, which was announced by the Ministry of Economy - eKapija learned from the people in that ministry.

The Commission should consider the offer, and if everything goes as planned, the agreement with the Slovenian company will be signed in the premises of the Ministry.

Future spa resort will be situated south of Prezident hotel, in the area between Palic lake and Omladinsko lake, at the surface of 31,275 square meters, in accordance with the Palic Master Plan.
