Genex tower in New Belgrade for sale at starting price of EUR 15.6m
- Genex tower in New Belgrade, which is a part of the property of Generalexport, will be offered for sale today to the interested potential buyers at a public auction at the starting price of EUR 15.6m - Tanjug learned from the people in the Privatization Agency.
The property offered for sale comprises a business building at 15,879.95 square meters in Narodnih Heroja Street, a garage at 6,445 square meters in Belgrade, and an adapted office space at 216.53 square meters in the attic of the residential tower. The offer also includes the movables listed in the sales documentation.
In order to participate in the auction, all interested potential buyers had to pay the deposit of EUR 1.56m.
Participation in the public auction is open to all juristic and physical persons, except for those whose major share is in public ownership, those who have some unsettled obligations towards Generalexport, as well as physical persons against whom criminal proceedings are underway.
At the auctions previously organized by Generalexport and ICG, Continental hotel in Belgrade, Genex suites, a power plant and a tennis hall in Belgrade have been sold to Delta Real Estate. Genex's property on Kopaonik mountain - Grand hotel and Suncani Vrhovi suites, has been sold to the consortium comprising MK Group and Austrian travel group Falkensteiner Michaeler Tanner Miller.
