The Deposit Insurance Agency, as the bankruptcy supervisor of Beobanka, has advertised the sale of property of Nova Livnica through a public bidding.
The real estate is located in the Tosin Bunar area in New Belgrade, and, among other things, the offer includes a castings factory, a foundry, a compressor station, a cutting station and a guardhouse.
The total value is EUR 29,981,392, and the initial price is EUR 26,000,000.
The auction will be held on January 11, 2022.
Let us remind that the facilities and the equipment on the building land parcels of a total of 7.37 hectares were put up for sale in July 2021, and the ad was withdrawn the same month due to the decision of the Bankruptcy Court.
Nearby, last month, the company ABL Solvent bought the IMT business complex.
