- It is not in our interest to have 4,578 apartments built by one, two or three companies, but by as many building companies as possible so the number of employed workers could be as big as possible - Dragan Grujic, the Director of the Building Directorate of Serbia, told daily paper Novosti.
- For the next phase of works, which will commence 15 days after the opening of the first building site, we will also invite some new companies that meet the requirements stipulated by the Regulation and the Law. But the company that gets the job will not be able to hire subcontractors to carry out the works. That will not be tolerated. By the way, the three companies that will start building first 400 apartments by the end of this month will not be invited to bid on the tender for the next phase of this residential development.
