Luxurious settlement on Adriatic coast - Croatian P.S. IMMO at BelRE expo in Belgrade on November 3 and 4
Croatian P.S. IMMO will present in Serbia its Punta Skala IMMO Exclusive Petrcane settlement built on the peninsula near Zadar. This project will be shown at Belgrade Real Expo on November 3 and 4 in Usce business center in Belgrade.
The settlement on Punta Skala peninsula, at more than 30,000 square meters, comprises 9 luxury family villas situated right next to the sea, as well as 41 villas with 3 or 4 apartments. P.S. IMMO invested 30 million euros in this project.
- We are exceptionally satisfied with the fact that we are, as the organizer told us, the first Croatian company to participate in BelRE expo. Our wish is to present to the Serbian market our exclusive settlement, which is one of the kind on the Adriatic coast because all properties it comprises are intended exclusively for sale. I am sure that we will draw a big interest of potential buyers at the largest real estate fair in this part of Europe, just like we did in other European markets – said Ivan Duka, the Sales and Marketing Director at P.S. IMMO.
The architecture of Punta Skala IMMO Exclusive Petrčane settlement fits well in the Mediterranean ambient. There are some visible elements that are typical for the Dalmatian architectural style. Nine family villas with one or two apartments, as well as 147 apartments within the villas, are defined by stone walls, traditional Dalmatian tiles, characteristic stairs and window shutters, as well as yards and gardens shaped in the typical Dalmatian style with Mediterranean plants and vegetation and inevitable scent of the Adriatic Sea.
Every apartment has its own parking place, which is included in the price, and all future tenants are free to use numerous contents in the nearby complex. By paying a monthly or an annual fee, all buyers of villas or apartments in Punta Skala IMMO Exclusive Petrcane settlement can use a wellness center, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, fitness center, etc.
In the future, they will be offered a wellness center at 2,500 square meters, a modern shopping center, a casino, numerous restaurants and coffee shops, as well as sports courts.
The tenants will also be able to enjoy the number of additional services such as maintenance and cleaning of the facility, rental of a mooring in the nearby Dalmacija Marina (if available), etc.
As the expo organizers announced, in addition to P.S. Immo, BelRe will also gather the representatives of Colliers International, Danos, Ekos Invest, Balkanstroy from Bulgaria, as well as municipalities and cities from Serbia.
- The largest number of visitors will come from Greece, Turkey and England, but there will also be guests from almost all countries of Europe. That is an evidence that the interest in investing in this part of the world is slowly revived again. What is even more important is that those who come here to invest meet proactive people and companies to help them in that. That is how we build an image of a country that has provided a favorable environment for investments, which is of exceptional importance in these years of the crisis - said Dusica Gakovic, PR Coordinator of BelRe expo.
