The Municipality of Ada has published the tender for the preparation of the project-technical documentation for the construction of a hotel with a restaurant in that municipality.
According to the project task, the project-technical documentation for the construction of a building with a restaurant and apartments and heated corridors in Ada needs to be prepared.
The facility will have three floors, including the ground floor, and the gross building area should be cca 3,000 m2.
The plan is for the ground floor to feature a conference hall and a restaurant with a kitchen, whereas the upper two floors will feature apartments.
It is pointed out that the facility should have a modern look.
The tender expires on April 11.
