Premium Residence Plans to Raise Building with 28 Apartments in Sabac
The investor Premium Residence from Sabac plans to build a multi-family residential facility at 30-32 Cirila i Metodija Street in that town. The planned facility should have a basement and four floors, including the ground floor and the loft, and is meant to have 28 apartments.
The ground level features traffic access routes through which the open parking spaces on the parcel are reached, as are the canopied garage spaces within the ground floor of the facility. The basement space functions as a separate unit and consists of one central room, which can have a multifunctional role in the form of a shared room for all tenants. The stairwell between the floors is planned in a round form.
Each of the middle floors is to feature 10 apartments of various structures and floor areas. Each floor is planned to have 1 studio apartment, 3 one-and-a-half-room apartments, 3 two-room apartments, 1 two-and-a-half-room apartment and 2 three-room apartments. The loft is planned to have 8 apartments.
Parking is secured partially within the facility and partially on the parcels. A total of 26 parking spaces are secured, of which 6 garage spaces, with 2 parking spaces for persons with special needs.
According to the project documentation, the estimated value of the works on the construction of the residential facility is RSD 150 million.
The company Host Projekt from Sabac is in charge of the preparation of the project.
