Moskva, Jovana, Atina, Beogradska, Atos and Rusija in Indjija - Bon-komerc's residential and business complexes
Construction company BON-KOMERC from Indjija has been present in Serbian real estate development market since early 2004. It successfully follows the trends in construction industry, providing its quality and services tailored to the needs of the modern society. So far, they are involved in construction of 5 residential-office complexes with a total of 300 units, and surface over 30.000m2.
BON-KOMERC is the leader in local real estate market whose long-term work experience guarantees high-quality service for the clients. In the present climate of economic crisis, company employed professionals, together with its sub-contractors, are managing to successfully develop several modern and comfortable projects, mostly in Indjija town center.
(Jovana complex)
Indjija is a small town in Srem region, some 40 kilometers from both Belgrade and Novi Sad. It has been an attractive investment destination for several years now. At the beginning of 2008, prestigious magazine FDI, published under auspices of the eminent Financial Times, announced a list of recommended investment destinations in Europe. In this list, Indjija took a high eighteenth place. This was the crown of success resulting from the effort made by local self-government to develop and prepare potential locations for realization of investment projects. What distincts Indjija today are not only newly built
industrial structures that employ more and more of its population. Those are
also, it is safe to say, undertakings for business and residential purposes, which
contents offer more quality and comfort to the local population. This completes
primary development cycle, and in addition to creating new workplaces, it also
raises the life quality and expectations.
(Atina complex)
Proximity of two major cities, Belgrade and Novi Sad, also condition and in a way determine the nature and quality, i.e. concept and content of the new residential-business building projects in Indjija. Those are multipurpose complexes where residents and users have all necessary contents at their hands. After construction of new industrial plants, they will attract professionals coming from other towns to decide on moving to Indjija. On the other hand, in addition to new jobs and new residential and office buildings, retail building projects have also been realized in Indjija as a support of the process of creating a new way of life in terms of increasing the quality of supply and consumption of all goods and needs. It can be said that according to quality and content of life, as well as way of thinking, conducting business and basically living, Indjija has come very close to modern European concept of living and working in large cities.
Projects as identification mark
Bon-Komerc already built five buildings in the center of Inđija. Ones that must be specially mentioned are projects Moskva and Jovana, two compounds intended for residential and business purposes. It is clear that with experience gained with these two projects, Bon-Komerc started the development and realization of the following ventures, i.e. locations, most of all Atina in Jug Bogdan Street, a two-wing and five entrance building with 300 residential units with total area of 30.000m2. This compound will be offered at the market by the end of November 2010. The compound is located close to previously completed buildings Jovana and Beogradska.
(Jovana complex)
In addition, two more residential/business compounds are planned for construction. The one named Atos is also located in Jug Bogdan Street, and covers a total of 23.000m2 in 240 residential and 26 business units. It will "lean" on above mentioned buildings Atina, Jovana and Beogradska, to form a complex of Bon-komerc buildings in the area with over 2,500 inhabitants. Certainly, the complex will be improved by walking paths, fountains and playgrounds, thus making a self-sufficient and self-sustainable urban core. As the saying goes "there's something for any taste!" The other planned residential/business structure called Rusija, is located in the very center of Indjija, in Novosadska street, with a total surface of 18,000m2 in 160 residential and 30 business units.
All above mentioned complexes share the same
philosophy. Quality is the common denominator in terms of equipment and
flexibility in any sense, but first of all when it comes to any kind of
installations, since every single user has the possibility to control the use
of all fluids. Special attention was
given to the quality of the facade surfaces, in both visual energy-efficient
terms. Interior is absolutely flexible with special emphasis on use and
installation of the best available material within the budget limits.
Furthermore, project solutions did not affect the maximum utilization because it
was subject to functionality and safety of surrounding driveways and alleys. Therefore
it can be concluded that this development concept is complete and
self-contained in existing Srem milieu, as identification mark characteristic
for Indjija alone. The fact that these
locations are in the city center, close to pedestrian zones, additionally
contributes to completing existing urban qualities in this part of Srem.
(Moskva complex)
Race against the time
Maybe for an outsider, these projects made by a single developer in a relatively small town in Srem, might seem as doomed to failure due to their size and number of units. On-spot facts, however, speak to the contrary. If we wait to invest and develop only when the need arises, then the race against time is already lost. That is why visionaries have one single role – to recognize the moment when to start a process so that its finish coincides with the beginning of the «new era» for a specific need. That is why Bon-Komerc is a visionary whose ventures in its field of expertise contribute to increasing quality of life and the way of thinking that facilitates the realization of the life goals. Similar activities and ventures of entrepreneurs around Serbia must and should have every support. Visions and the realization thereof will change Serbia and rank it among recommended markets that offer recognizable quality in every sense, which contributes to sustainable process of increasing and improving the quality of life and business.
