Nelt completes construction of Smallville residential and business complex in Kragujevac

Smallville residential and business complex in Kraljice Marije Boulevard in Kragujevac, situated next to the future Plaza Shopping Center and only about hundred meters away from the hippodrome in Stara Radnicka Kolonija housing project, is completed and ready for first tenants.

The company Nelt, the project investor, has invested about EUR 20 million in this contemporary facility, spanning 38,500 square meters.

Smallville comprises 360 apartments, 41 outlets, and an underground garage. The contractor was Osijek-based Koteks, while subcontractors were companies from Serbia and Slovenia.
