The members of the City Assembly of Bor have adopted the decision on the construction of a new residential settlement in that city.
– By a majority vote, the decision was adopted to build a residential settlement for collective housing, with all the accompanying features in Cokanjica, between Bor 2 and Brestovac. There is less and less residential space in the city, so the construction of a new settlement would additionally expand the city – pointed out Dragana Nikolic Negranovic, the deputy head of the Urban Planning Department in Bor.
In this area, the construction of multi-family residential building is allowed, with 8 to 10 floors (including the ground floor and the loft).
