Price of Hectare of Land in Industrial Zone in Sabac to Increase to EUR 120,000 – More Investors Thanks to Highway and Bridge
In Sabac, they have decided to increase the price of land in the Northwest Industrial Zone, so, in the future, local and foreign investors will pay EUR 120,000 instead of EUR 70,000 for a hectare of land.
– The decision was made so that we could do a good job on the infrastructural expansion of the zone, to secure quality road infrastructure to the companies which come to our town, as well as water and sewer, gas connections and everything necessary for the companies to operate and for our fellow citizens to be employed – said the mayor of Sabac, Aleksandar Pajic.
The biggest industrial zone in Serbia, which spreads on 600 hectares and where several dozen local and foreign companies already operate, will be attractive for investments despite the land price increase.
As before, by purchasing land, the investors get everything they need in order to start operating – developed roads, electricity, optics, water, a gas connection and a sewer with waste water filtering.
However, it will become even more competitive with the completion of infrastructural projects in close proximity, primarily the highway from Ruma to Sabac and the new bridge on the Sava, as well as the fast route to Loznica and Bijeljina, which is under construction.
– In Sabac, the investors can pick the parcel and the location and get all the best conditions in the shortest amount of time. Time is money, and the conditions for the placement of products are now considerably better, because the fastest possible connection is being established with Novi Sad and Belgrade and with Republika Srpska and Bosnia and Herzegovina on the other side, so there is no doubt that the interest in investing will be even greater – estimated a business man who has been operating in the Northwest Industrial Zone for several years now.
