Three times lower prices of office space in Palic - Rents reduced at Women's Strand, Big Balcony, Tram Station
The City of Subotica has made a decision to lower the rents for office space used by the city by 20 percent, which creates conditions for Palic to become more interesting to local domestic tenants, it was announced on the city's website.
Rents are significantly lowered and tenants are expected to respect the house rules in Palic and invest in the equipping of office space.- The aim of this measure is to draw the attention of tenants to office space in Palic, which is also a building site to a great extent - said Mayor Sasa Vucinic.
The area of Big Park in Palic now has the same rents as the fifth city zone, said Park Palic Director Goran Gabric.
- A rent for one square meter of a space for catering activities will amount to RSD 262 instead of RSD 908, plus VAT, which is about three times less than before. Tenants are expected to respect the house rules, which are specific in Palic, while the caterers who enter a new office space after the auction, which will be held in about 30 days, will have an obligation to invest a significant amount of money in such space - Gabric stressed.
Rent cuts apply to Eko Centar (Eco Center) in Palic, villas Vermes and Bagojvar, the villa Lujza, Zenski Strand (Women's Strand), Velika Terasa (Big Balcony), Tramvajska Stanica (Tram Station), Fontana restaurant, and Sport hotel.
