Ruma offers land for construction of business and residential buildings

Ruma is preparing new building sites for residential and business facilities in the settlement Tivol.

The municipality announced an ad on September 1st for the sale of a 1,230-square-meter public land and a 1,227-square-meter lot at the starting price of RSD 1,134.8 per square meter.

Applications for participation in a public auction shall be submitted until September 30, at the latest, to the Ruma Public Company for Building Land and Roads.
