RGA: Most expensive square meter sold for EUR 9,125 in Belgrade Waterfront, most expensive house of EUR 1.5 million in Savski Venac
The real estate market in Serbia in the second quarter of 2024 is showing a slight increase in activities, announced the Republic Geodetic Authority (RGA). The total number of sales and purchases in the real estate market in the second quarter of 2024 in the Republic of Serbia was 30,837, which is 0.6% more compared to the second quarter of 2023. The total value of the turnover realized in the real estate market amounted to EUR 1.8 billion, which is 8.2% more compared to the second quarter of 2023. Of EUR 1.8 billion, EUR 446.4 million comes from the partially regulated market.
The highest apartment prices have been achieved in Belgrade, where the most expensive square meter was sold at a price of EUR 9,125 in the Belgrade Waterfront location, whereas the biggest sum set aside for an apartment, with a total area of 145 m2, was EUR 955,000 in the same location. The most expensive house was sold in the city municipality of Savski Venac (City of Belgrade) for EUR 1,500,000. The most expensive parking space in the second quarter was paid EUR 60,000.
