Hotel within Kunjak Sports Center in Vladicin Han opens until end of 2011

Until the year's end, Vladicin Han will get a new hotel within the complex of Kunjak Sports Center. This hotel will comprise 36 beds, and it will be mainly intended for athletes, congress tourism, people working on the construction of Corridor X, etc.

- It is being built according to a design from 2001. The foundations for that facility were laid the same year, but all further works were discontinued shortly afterwards. However, the announcement of a tender for the construction of the Caricin Grad-Vladicin Han highway section on Corridor X produces a need for greater accommodation capacities in Vladicin Han - it was announced on the municipality's website.

Construction works on the new hotel run parallel to the works on the construction of new tennis courts and the refurbishment of existing sports facilities within Kunjak Sports Center. As it was announced, once all the works are finished, the development and maintenance of Kunjak Sports Center will be financed from the revenue generated by the newly built hotel. Of course, this will also benefit the citizens of Vladicin Han who will be able to use renovated sports facilities and two new tennis courts.
