Colliers International continues to render real estate consulting and appraisal services to NIS

The Valuation and Advisory Department of Colliers International Serbia has signed an exclusive agreement on strategic cooperation with the Petroleum Industry of Serbia (NIS). The cooperation between these two companies involves the provision of valuation and consulting services by Colliers for a large number of properties. Colliers International expects to be engaged in more than 150 projects over the next year.

Colliers states that the strategic partnership with the largest oil company in Serbia represents an agreement of significant importance in the area of establishing mutual objectives and interest between the two organizations.

By the way, Valuation and Advisory Department was established at the beginning of Colliers` operations in Serbia. The department possesses global indemnity insurance and follows highest level of standards and business ethics. Its members hold renowned international accreditations (RICS, LEED etc.). Furthermore, VAS Department has been engaged as a consultant on some of the largest projects on the territory of Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia.
